Reasonably spacious room with a view of other buildings and ice, as for instance, good value compared to other properties.

Lovely design of interiors in family room. Great size bedrooms, super friendly staff on great service from happy staff.

The property was excellent modern and great relaxing with respectful staff with impeccable service at all times. This was a magnificent location so close to the promenade near both the pier and the main area of town, the sea 

It is surely good value. The breakfast is amazing, the room is spacious with very comfy bed. Exceptional and pleasant staff as one would expect. The location is marvellous and magnificent, 10 minutes' walk to Mostyn Street.  

High-class units with an acceptable size bathroom.

Clean property with respectful staff with the male receptionist very helpful. Magnificent location so close to Great Orme Tramway. Busy area just off seafront & bay.

The location was great and brilliant and the free parking was on street. Deluxe queen room with a good view was the best.

High standard brand-new rooms with incredibly beautiful views, and an adjoining terrace, a lounge and a kettle. Perfectly located in the nearby theatre, really enjoyed this place.

Useful base for discovering Llandudno with respectful staff with excellent service. Excellent food, tasty breakfast. Comfortable modern place and stunning location close to the beachfront at Llandudno.  

Location is stunning and amazing, close to the seafront.

The hotel was luxurious and clean with free wi-fi. It was good value among other available hotels in Llandudno.

The location was great in the pretty nice area.

I was there for 1 night and ate at terrace restaurant for breakfast. The location was central, perfect in a conservatory overlooking the sea. I was surprised at nearby Forte's Cafe Restaurant, they had some goodies, drinks.  

It was really good value. The place was exceptionally clean and we loved standard twin room. The location was magnificent: shopping malls and fairgrounds were within walking distance.

The breakfast they served was cold, hope one day it will be better.
